1You can buy ready to use cauliflower rice from the supermarket, but if you'd like to make your own, simply use a food processor to pulse the cauliflower florets 2-3 times, making sure not to overprocess.
2Your rice can get too small and mushy if you do. You want bigger chunks for the same texture that rice has, not flakes.
3Another option if you don't have a food processor is to use a grater to grate the cauliflower into rice-like pieces. This will take a bit longer but use less equipment.
