The Manawatū, Horowhenua, and Tararua Diabetes Trust was established in early 2000. Contracted by Te Whatu Ora – Health NZ MidCentral District (previously MidCentral DHB), we provide FREE education and youth services to people with diabetes and their family/whānau.

Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of people with diabetes in the MidCentral region. We are committed to helping people get the knowledge, support, and confidence they need to lead healthy, happy lives and prevent diabetes-related complications.
